Alyssa started her career in Public Relations and has worked with some of the biggest Fashion, Beauty and Food and Beverage brands to develop content for international newspapers, magazines, and broadcast networks.

From hosting New York Fashion Week Shows for Chloe Gosselin, growing jewellery brands: Thomas Sabo, Astley Clarke and Olivia Burton in North America, launching Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival in Canada, to growing the international Taste festival series, she has experience communicating lifestyle brands and garnering interest in food experiences.

"The fastest way to the heart is through the stomach" and Alyssa landed in her true passion for food and beverage where she now makes food and drinks look gorgeous for camera and informative to consumers. She has styled recently for Kraft-Heinz, Upper Crust, Nando’s, Fortnum & Mason, Tesco, Tom Hixson of Smithfield's butchers, Poachers Tonic, and Catoctin Creek Whisky. She has developed and tested recipes for Waitrose & Partners and M&M’s. Her recipes have been published online and in print magazines.

Alyssa is a Food Styling graduate from the Leiths School of Food and Wine and she has completed the Knife Skills course at London Cookery School.
